An applicant seeking admission into the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc) must be a Graduate of a recognised university. The following is the admission procedure in order of preference : a) Graduates Working in a recognised library with a minimum of one year experience in a regular or substantial post of the rank of a Record Assistant or above (Experience certificate proforma enclosed at page no. 40); b) Graduates with Diploma or Certificate in Library Science from Government recognised institutions; c) Professional graduates (Law, Pharmacy, Engineering) and d) Graduates with 50% aggregate marks and 5% relaxation will be allowed in case of SC/ST/BC/PH candidates.

Admission to two year Post Graduate Programme in M.A. English is open to all the citizens of India who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an Indian University which is recognized by the UGC and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities.
The University admits students to MBA programme on the basis of rank obtained in the ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test for MBA & MCA) conducted by both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States. Rank obtained in ICET in an academic year is valid for admission to MBA programme in the respective academic year only. The MBA Programme is open only to the fresh graduates as well as in-service candidates. 50% of the total seats allotted to each study centre are reserved to fresh graduates and the rest 50% for in-service candidates. The MBA programme is open to all citizens of India who satisfy the following conditions: FRESH GRADUATES:a) The candidates should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination. b) The Graduates from allied subjects vide the Faculty of Engineering / Technology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Law, and Architecture of any University recognised by the UGC are also eligible. c) Charted Accountants / Cost & Works Accountants / Company Secretaries are also eligible. IN-SERVICE CANDIDATES:a) The candidates should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.b) The candidates should have a minimum of three years experience at Supervisory / Middle level / Top Level Management in an organised sector as on the last date of submission of application form for admission.c) The candidature of such employee has to be certified by the employer stating his/her designation, length of service, etc. Further no objection certificate has to be produced from the employer.

Admission to the M.L.I.Sc. Programme is open to all citizens of India who satisfy the following conditions: The minimum qualifications for admission into MLISc shall be: i) BLISc Degree from any recognised University; and ii) The minimum qualifying marks shall be 40% marks secured in BLISc for all candidates and 35% pass marks for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates. The method of selection of candidates for admission shall be based on the order of merit in the marks secured in BLISc for all categories. Admission in to the One year P.G. Diploma in Culture and Heritage Tourism is open to all citizens of India who hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from Indian University recognized by the UGC and which is a Member of the Association of Indian Universities. Admissions are made on the basis of merit at the qualifying examinations

For admission into Certificate Programme in NGOs Management (CNGOM) is open to the students who passed Intermediate or SSC with three years experience in any private organisation.
Intermediate passed students are eligible to take admission in to Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Care and Education (CECE). The candidate should be 18 years of age as on 1-7-2019.
SSC passed students are eligible to take admission into Certificate Programme in Literacy and Community Development (CPLCD).
